I figure that as the storm got worse, Jo and Dean would've prepared them for this sort of thing. Black-outs were common in the area where Jo grew up same with Dean. Plus, they're both good with power outages.
You can reply to Dean if you want to keep the chain going or you can reply directly to Jo! Either way! Emma (the Dean) and I are both very flexible. We can even get a posting order going if you're more comfortable with that.
